Xiaomi has been successful in carving its name in budget phone segment like its sub-brand “Redmi” series considered to be high value for money. But its “Mi” series in the premium segment has not been able to bring the expected share from the market. Capitalizing on the demand Xiaomi launched the #POCO (aka POCOPHONE)series in August 2018. The biggest appeal was it falling in affordable budget phone segment. It provided premium features, appealing camera to its gaming crazy younger generation. It had a dual objective – to penetrate the competitor’s market (OnePlus, Vivo, Honor, etc)and carve a niche for itself in the budget phone segment. PocoF1 was an affordable balance poised perfectly between budget, glamour, features, and performance. Xiaomi with the launch of Poco F1 became a pioneer in providing an expensive chipset Snapdragon 845 at the cheapest price thus securing tag of ‘Honestly priced mobile’. The processor till date had been used in the pricey segment.
It has been more than 8 months down the line since Poco F1 launch, people are eagerly waiting for the launch of #PocoF2. Speculations about its features, pricing, the launch date are gaining momentum as the days are passing by. Looking at the reaction of customers on social media, Xiaomi has definitely built a flagship killer.
Poco F2 brings good news for Mobile Gaming Addicts!
From the perspective of mobile game addicts and from the possible leaks on specifications, #PocoF2 has an added advantage. The end user gets a smooth, comfortable experience and one can run high-end games without lags. The performance of Poco F1 in gaming has been impressive. Tried and tested it has beaten its flagship rivals which are 3 times more expensive. the game addicts have claimed that playing PUBG game on Poco F1 for 40 minutes on an average did not heat up the phone, unlike other processors. It is expected that Poco F2 will be an advanced version of Poco F1. That is some exciting news dude!
