Live images of alleged Poco F2 Lite appear online, key specs revealed!

With the formal announcement of POCO being an independent brand on January 17, Xioami will not have any say on all the future products coming from the house of Poco. The announcement of making Poco independent came from Manu Jain.

Apart from the announcement of Season 2 at the end of POCO, there has been no update on Poco F2, its launch date and features. The suspense has given rise to rumor mills.

But we have a piece of possible news on the next launch from POCO- Poco F2 Lite model is taking shape. Leaked images of Poco F2 Lite have been doing rounds on the internet. It can be inferred from the images that the Lite model should be the first one out of the stable of an independent POCO.

An anonymous tipster had shared the images with YouTuber RevAtlas via email which gave a hint of 3 models of Poco F2 coming in 2020. The email had 3 images of Poco F2 Lite but there is no official confirmation on the same. The rumored specs of the phone suggest that the latest Poco F2 Lite is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 SD. Poco in all probability will re-purpose parts from the current models of Redmi with this one resembling more of Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Design visible in the images, if they are of Poco F2 Lite, reveal a display with a waterdrop notch. Lite model specs show that it will run on Android 10, 6GB RAM variant and 5000mAH battery. It is also assumed that Poco might think of creating its own customized skin. If the so-called Poco F2 Lite comes in reality then POCO will bring it as an affordable version of the Poco F2. The email from the anonymous tipster also revealed that Lite will sport a “high resolution very high” camera but at a “millet model price cheaper than before.”

Supporting the theory of tipster, there are rumours which suggest two more models- Poco F2 Pro and Poco F2 from the brand POCO. There is one more theory that is doing rounds. It is a possible launch of an entirely new series called the Poco X series to counter competition from OnePlus.
