Apart from an attempt in capturing the reaction of its fans, the teaser does not disclose the POCO F2 launch date. But with the recent certifications, confirmation from C Manmohan, and leaks we assume it can happen anytime now. The teaser being posted from the Poco Global account leads to the assumption that the launch will be happening in other countries in addition to India.
A few days ago, devs spotted Poco F2 Pro on the listing of Google Play-certified devices that use Google Mobile Services. The listing suggested that the model Redmi K30 Pro 5G, Zoom Edition will be sold under the Redmi brand in the Indian market and will not be renamed to Poco F2 Pro.
Now it is the turn of leaks around POCO F2 Pro prices. According to reports in Portuguese publication, 4gnews, leaked yesterday about the Pocophone F2 Pro price in the global market. According to the report, the 6GB + 128GB base model of POCO F2 Pro price will cost €649 (approx Rs 53,300). The 8GB + 256GB variant will be priced aggressively at €749 (approx Rs 61,600). If it turns out to be true then it will be the Poco’s prized smartphone yet. 4gnews also confirmed that the source of the leak “guaranteed” the price of the Poco F2 Pro. Apart from Poco F2 price leak, no other details about the design or specifications were shared.
Traditionally speaking brand Xiaomi phones are always priced higher in the European market. But as Manmohan had already set the stage that Poco F2 price will not fall in the budget segment like its predecessor. You can expect POCO F2 price in India to be a lot more aggressive to counter its rival Realme X50 Pro.
The highly acclaimed first-gen Poco flagship – Poco F1 was launched in August 2018. After a gap of almost 18 months, the POCO India brand launched the mid-range POCO X2.
