With increasing mobile gamers’ base in the country, Poco has put stress on the “endless gaming Xperience” features. They include focus on cooling, screen refresh rate, charging speed and processor. In a couple of latest teasers, Poco India has focussed on “Every gamers delight! You know what it is. To keep the hype alive till the launch date of February 4, Poco X2 released another teaser showcasing the design and giving a sneak peek. With this the doubts that it is a rebranded Xiaomi Redmi K30. In other words, it can be said that in spite of being an independent entity, it is still connected with its erstwhile parent company Xiaomi.
Let us have a recap on the video teaser!
The teaser doesn’t reveal the complete design but only a few glimpses show Poco X2 in lavender color with the metallic finish, somewhat similar to Redmi K30. Xiaomi’s K30 had been launched in China in December 2019. The teaser also confirmed what we know so far about the features X2 will sport. The video shows a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the power button. Also, you can catch a glimpse of rear cameras with the ring around them. The design and the arrangement match with the K30 model. Leaked images of Poco X2 few days back also gave similar feel.
The company has also confirmed about 27W fast charging support claiming to reach a 40% charge in only 25 minutes. Poco X2 promises a screen display of 120Hz, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The latest Geekbench scores for the Poco X2 had also confirmed the 6GB and the 8GB RAM variants. The launch price is touted to start from Rs18,999 for the base variant.
The Poco X2 will be launched at 12 noon IST on 04.02.2020 and will be available for shopping on channel partner site Flipkart.
